Unfortunately sometimes you may enter the wrong password too many times or in your mail client and cause a block. Now from your client area you may unblock your personal IP without waiting for an automatic release. For Resellers you may unblock a clients IP address as well. For security reasons any unblock request will take 60 seconds to activate.

Proceed to SERVICES --> MY SERVICES --> click MANAGE adjacent to the service you are blocked from --> if available above the service name is UNBAN --> click here and activate the tool.
