We have performed upgrades to certian Mail servers Mail1.canhost.ca (mail1.kookiejar.net) these upgrades changed the default URL or addresses. e.g webmail.mydomain.com/mail/XXXXX Clients who have saved favorite links to there webmail inbox may need to login again and re save these links. Recently CIRA (Canadian Internet Registration Authority) has updated there system to include EPP codes to transfer a domain between registrars. As such our systems that connect with them are being upgraded. In the mean time to request and EPP code or DNS server updates please open a support ticket from your client Desktop and we will complete the request. Thank you
