To update your account security settings, you will first need to login to your Client Area on canhost.ca.
Once you have logged in, the link that you will need is called 'Update Account', which can be found inside the 'Shortcuts' section on the left.
We first arrive at the 'My Details' page, and we will now select the 'Security Settings' button on the left under 'My Account'. Following the on-screen prompts will allow you to toggle 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication), and also to change your Security Question.
We strongly recommend 2FA to everyone. In practice, it means that you will need to have your authenticator app ready when you login. After entering your username and password correctly, you will be asked to provide the verification code from the authenticator app as an additional identification factor.
