Do You Offer Telnet or SSH Access?

By default, we do not provide SSH (Secure Shell) access to our clients.

SSH access may be requested in a Support Ticket. We will request that you verify your identity by photo ID, and you will need a verified billing address, as well as a legitimate reason for needing SSH. We are not required under any circumstances to provide SSH access to our clients, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate shell access at any time - especially in the case of violating the Terms of Service. Should a client be found using SSH access to violate the Terms of Service, the client’s account will be terminated immediately without refund.

We only allow SSH access on VPS linux servers, or the reseller hosting client’s main WHM domain, and on the web hosting client’s main domain.
