I mentioned to Nick i wanted to send a thank you email. Nick said i may send it here. Been crazy busy but finally got around to it.
Nick is the best!!!

I had been with Bell Canada for years, paying for web hosting. I also had Internet and cell phones. Over time, I realized their prices were high compared to other providers, their web portal was difficult to navigate, their support was unhelpful, and the overall service was disappointing.
After being recommended to Canhost, I reached out and had the pleasure of dealing with Nick D. Nick was incredibly knowledgeable, clear, and professional. Not only did he know the pricing inside out, but he was also a technician who personally tested my website on Canhost’s servers to ensure everything worked before making the switch. The migration was seamless and I didn’t notice any downtime.

Nick also set up my phones to receive emails, installed a new email client on my desktop, tested everything thoroughly, and stayed on the line with me until everything was working perfectly. The entire process took about an hour.

I’m absolutely thrilled for a few key reasons:
1. I’m finally free from Bell Canada.
2. I’m now with a company that offers 100x better service.
3. I’m paying 4x less for it.

When his schedule allows, he even calls to make sure we have settled all issues. Recently, my main website kept getting hacked. Nick was able to identify why this was happening and recommend an action on my part. When he sees that I don’t quite get it, Nick takes care of the small details himself or sends me instructions. He takes all the stress away. After we complete our interaction I feel so relieved that I could hug him. He is definitely a treasure that makes a service company such as Canhost/I-Guru look and feel indispensable.

Thanks for the VERY prompt response. I changed my credit card billing address at around the same time I registered the domain, which caused some hiccoughs. Sorry about that. I’ve chosen a host, but I haven’t set up anything yet because I was waiting on the domains to be properly registered. I’m sure they’ll provide the information I need to get the domains pointed to their servers. In the meantime, the issue I had is resolved, so I’ll close the ticket. Again, thank you for the extremely prompt resolution.
